Hi, my name is Terri-Ann Nunns and I created the Terri-Ann 123 Diet Plan back in 2011 after looking in desperation for a diet plan that worked... On my own plan I lost a whopping 7 stone and I still follow my healthy eating plans now, as a busy working mum of four kids.

After my huge weight loss, people began asking me how I did it and with the encouragement of family and friends, I began to share my plan (which is constantly evolving with even further weight loss plans to suit different lifestyles and needs) and I have helped over one thousand people globally to achieve their dream of successful, healthy weight loss that stays off. I'm also really proud of my company ethos, which is to ensure my Terri-Ann 123 Diet Plan is affordable for everyone, and to help and support members day and night through our members club at no extra cost.

In 2017 after meeting the inspirational TV personality, writer and mum of two children, Katie Piper, we decided to collaborate to create a plan that didn’t just focus on weight, but other important factors such as your health, fitness and mental well being. We called this The Healthy Happy Mum Plan, and our aim is to help, advise and empower women to live a healthier, happier life.

I'm a big believer in meeting people's needs when it comes to eating well, for not just weight loss, but, as previously mentioned, for well being and in 2018, I teamed up with my consultant dietitian Ro Huntriss to create a vegan and vegetarian weight loss plan called The TerriAnn V Plan. With more and more people embracing a plant based lifestyle (either fully or even choosing plant-based eating days) our aim is to help people lose weight, maintain a healthy lifestyle or simply learn more about vegan and vegetarian eating.
